Twenty premium trailer-attached motorcycle spaces are available for teams bringing a full display setup. Space is limited; include your bike and trailer details when you register.

Register your build

Choose your lane.

Each vehicle entry includes the driver or rider and one passenger. Additional passengers age 11 and older need spectator admission. Children 10 and under enter free.

Preregister by December 20 and save. Save $10 on Car Show or Car Audio entry, or $5 on Motorcycle / Bagger entry. Discounted rates end December 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern.

Separate SOS audio classes: register and pay the class fees with the competition team on site. Your Street Beat entry gets you into the event; it does not include those separate class fees.

Just riding in to enjoy the show? Choose spectator admission and use free spectator parking.

For bagger placement, premium motorcycle spaces or class questions, contact the competitor team.

Your load-in plan.

A smooth weekend starts with a plan. Here are the key times for competitors.

  1. 8 AM – 5 PM

    Early setup.
    Arrive, check in and get your space. The fairgrounds lock after 5 PM.

  2. 7 – 10 AM

    Event-day load-in.
    Follow the placement instructions sent to registered competitors and finish setup before public gates open.

  3. By 1 AM

    Grounds clear.
    Complete breakdown and remove vehicles, trailers and equipment from the event grounds. Reserved RV stays follow their separate January 4–11 booking window.

Bringing a trailer? Follow staff directions to unload, then move your trailer to the designated trailer parking area. Keep access lanes clear. View the preliminary venue map.

Friday night has no on-site security. Secure anything left on the grounds; belongings remain at the participant’s own risk.

Show hours: Saturday, 11 AM – 11 PM. Watch for competition calls and follow the event schedule for your lane and class.

Competitor checklist

Show up ready.

Give the competitor team enough information to place your build correctly and keep arrival moving.

  • Choose car show, audio show or bagger show.
  • Send your vehicle type and build details before arrival.
  • Include bike and trailer details for a premium motorcycle space.
  • Follow the placement instructions sent after registration.
  • Arrive during the Friday or Saturday load-in window.
  • Secure anything left on site Friday night and clear the fairgrounds by 1 AM Sunday.
